Return and Refund Policy

This policy protects you from costly errors (like size changes) while remaining fully compliant for damage/manufacturer faults.

Due to the Custom and Personalized nature of all our products, we have a specific policy based on the Print-on-Demand (POD) model, where items are made specifically for you only after an order is placed.

We offer a FREE REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND if your item arrives with a fault. This policy is valid for 30 days of delivery and covers:

• Manufacturing Errors: The product has a noticeable flaw, a hole, or the print is clearly misaligned.
• Item Damage: The item arrived damaged due to transit.
• Wrong Item Received: You received the wrong size, color, or design than what you ordered.

Condition for Return: Buyer must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the fault. You are not required to return the defective item.

We CANNOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed due to:

• Customer Error in Sizing: We provide a detailed size chart on every listing. We recommend double-checking measurements before ordering.
• Customer Error in Personalization: Errors made when submitting a pet's name or design code (e.g., spelling mistakes).
• Buyer’s Remorse: Disliking the style or color after receiving the non-faulty item.

As a custom-order shop, we are unable to process exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, you may be eligible for a replacement at a discounted rate. Please contact us at smokeyandbros@gmail.com to discuss options.
