At Smokey and Bros, all our apparel is custom-made, printed just for you with high-quality, eco-friendly inks! Because of this personalized approach, please be aware that shipping involves two distinct phases: Production and Delivery.

This is the time it takes to create your custom item before it is ready to ship.

• Custom Apparel: 2–7 Business Days
• Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly via email link.

We partner with a trusted Print-on-Demand provider, [Insert Production Partner Name, e.g., Printify/Printful], to ensure high-quality printing. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Once your item is complete, it is shipped to your location. All orders are sent with tracking information which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
